The coaching relationship is a collaborative, solution-focused, results-orientated and systematic process where I facilitate the enhancement of work performance, life experience, self-directed learning and personal growth.

I am a Personal and Professional Coach who facilitates the enhancement of work performance, life experience, self-directed learning and personal growth.

I utilise an integrated approach incorporating third wave Cognitive Behavioural and Acceptance & Commitment (ACT) approaches to identify your values and generate the setting of goals. I provide a supportive and challenging thinking environment which is powerfully holistic and life-transforming.

I have worked in the NHS, public and third-sector industries, private companies and academic sectors, and I cover the following areas of coaching:

For coaching, I offer face-to-face sessions and online sessions (using FaceTime or equivalent.)


We will meet for a first exploratory meeting to find out more about each other, about why you might find coaching or counselling helpful, the issues that you want to explore and what you want to achieve. It is an opportunity for us to ask questions and to establish if we feel we are able to work together. I appreciate it is difficult to meet with someone new and talk about personal issues, and I will do my best to help you feel at ease.

The first session will be heavily discounted from the full sessions. All our meetings are confidential and I abide by the BACP Guidance Code in regard to their Ethical Framework. If you would like to view this it is available on their website.
