Counselling • Coaching • Supervision
If you are searching for a safe space to talk and just be with what is around for you right now I can help you. Together we can find a way forward towards a better place. There might be a lot of pressure around and you might be feeling that you have lost a sense of who you are. Life might have lost a little direction but in spite of this you are wanting something to change. Maybe you are looking for a little support with someone you can trust. Something might need healing. You are strong and capable and also there is a part needing some compassion and care.
You are most welcome to browse through my website which should give you a flavour of the help I can offer. If you have any concerns about aspects of privacy with respect to this site, please feel free to view the Privacy Policy, which outlines how the site and my operation conforms to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
I am available face-to-face, online (via Zoom or FaceTime), or via phone.

how i can help you

I can help by giving you my complete attention in a confidential space. You can say whatever you need to say and feel what you need to feel, in your own time. I integrate both mind and body approaches to healing past and present hurts. I incorporate elements of coaching if appropriate for when you are ready to move forward. I also offer clinical supervision if required.
The following list is typical of the areas of concern that clients bring to my sessions:
  • Anger Management
  • Anxiety
  • Bereavement
  • Career Guidance
  • Chronic Pain
  • Clinical Supervision
  • Complex Post Traumatic Stress
  • Family Conflict
  • Trauma and PTSD
  • Women's Issues
These areas are by no means exhaustive and I must stress that I do not work with, for example "bereavement" as something abstract, but with the unique person you are who is experiencing all the emotions and issues around the loss of a significant someone. The same approach applies to any other issues that are presented.

your first session

We will meet for a first exploratory meeting to find out more about each other, about why you might find coaching or counselling helpful, the issues that you want to explore and what you want to achieve. It is an opportunity for us to ask questions and to establish if we feel we are able to work together. I appreciate it is difficult to meet with someone new and talk about personal issues, and I will do my best to help you feel at ease.
The first session will be heavily discounted from the full sessions. All our meetings are confidential and I abide by the BACP Guidance Code in regard to their Ethical Framework. If you would like to view this it is available on their website here.
